Edward Jones Fined $1.1M Over Cellphone Data

Edward Jones has agreed to pay a $1.1 million high-quality in a settlement with the Monetary Business Regulatory Authority, which accused the funding agency of failing to supply full and correct name information in reference to 10 separate investigations.

The failures violated FINRA guidelines, in keeping with a letter of acceptance, waiver and consent, during which the agency accepted the authority’s findings with out admitting or denying them.
