I’m pretty new to this software program (with no HTML expertise). I not too long ago downloaded this system. Issues I’ve tried:

Clearing Cache (via Preferences on Mac)
Restarted my pc
Restarted the software program
Tried opening the preview in numerous browsers (web explorer, safari, and google)
Publishing file and opening in LMS

At this level, I’m starting to assume that it has one thing to do with my pc and never the software program
